Joyce here from the Chambered Nautilus Bed and Breakfast Inn in Seattle. I just made a batch of Lynnette’s Cilantro butter and man is it good! Would it be a bad thing to eat the entire bowl full??
I can hardly wait to serve it with the corn muffins in the morning. A refresher on the recipe:
Cilantro Butter:
1 stick of butter, softened
1 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar
1 Tablespoon chopped Cilantro.
Mix and enjoy. —
We LOVE flavored butters here. On the sweet side…………
Ginger Butter:
1/4 cup softened Butter
2 Tablespoons candied Ginger, finely chopped. Mix together.
Great on muffins or…pumkin ginger pancakes.
YUM!
Note: we use salted butter here at the Chambered Nautilus Bed and Breakfast Inn , I am sure it would be fine with unsalted as well.
