Fruit Salsa

Let’s do the Salsa!

Today, May 25th, is the day before Cornell University graduation and while our house is full (and thankfully, usually is), guests want to be out the door in time for the Convocation.
Rather than our served fruit course, we put out a bowl of Greek yogurt, Fruit Salsa and “chips”.  Guests seemed to LOVE it (but darn, where is the Tequila??)

INGREDIENTS

Fruit of your choice chopped fine (we use pineapple; mango; strawberries; blackberries; Asian pear and melon).
Squeeze of fresh lime juice and the zest of a lime
Tortilla chips  (We took a round flour tortilla.  Cut it in quarters and brushed with melted butter.  Sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar and bake at 350 for 15 minutes—check for doneness).

DIRECTIONS

Just put it all together!
