And most of these breakfast/brunch recipes can be made a day ahead! The smoothie, for instance, can be made ahead, chilled, and remixed in the morning. You can prep the muffins, refrigerate overnight, and bake them an hour and a half before serving. The cinnamon buns can be refrigerated overnight after the first rise. With the Tomato Basil Pie, you can certainly make and refrigerate the pie crust and the filling mixture. Ditto for the sliced tomatoes, draining them on paper towels on a cookie sheet overnight. The Kiss My Grits can be made a couple of days ahead! What could be easier?
